Pope Baseball Academy incorporates all the fundamentals required for kids to learn baseball in a fun and safe environment. The program works with each child individually at the level that best supports their capabilities and development. Your child will gain skills such as hitting, running, throwing, as well as general and advanced baseball fundamentals. PBA is confident that you will see substantial improvement in your child and a new excitement for playing "America's favorite pastime" - baseball. Whether your child wants to play recreational or competitive baseball, Pope Baseball Academy gives them the support they need to achieve. The Academy works with every child and parent to help prepare to play by the rules. Whether you're playing Tee Ball, Coach Pitch, A, AA, AAA, Major or just recreational ball, you'll need to know the Official Little League Rules.
Sportsmanship: Nowadays it's so easy to get caught up in the competition. Sportsmanship is paramount at Pope Baseball Academy. Our children must learn that it's okay to finish second or make mistakes. The PBA program teaches everyone to be a winner through focus and dedication. No one has ever become successful without facing difficult challenges or failures. As kids reach higher levels in competitive sports, managers and coaches will be looking for more than talent - they'll be looking for spirit, confidence, and sportsmanship.
